Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager at MoEngage, you will play a crucial role in driving regional paid digital marketing efforts to support self-serve and sales motions aimed at boosting demand and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and optimizing scaled digital campaigns across various customer segments and funnels. By focusing on customer experience and channel optimization, you will be instrumental in creating an exceptional paid program at MoEngage. Key Responsibilities: - Establish a robust online presence for MoEngage to fuel growth, enhance brand visibility, and provide guidance to visitors at all decision-making stages. - Develop, maintain, and execute a roadmap of digital projects, deliverables, and initiatives. - Plan and execute demand generation programs to generate new leads and accelerate pipeline velocity through paid marketing campaigns. - Conduct detailed analytics, hypothesis testing, and experimentation to optimize account and campaign performance. - Collaborate with Product Marketing to enhance landing pages, update product messaging, and drive conversions by working closely with designers and developers. - Partner with designers and copywriters to create landing pages for paid campaigns using tools like Unbounce or Instapage. - Provide constructive feedback on images, copy, and campaigns to drive continuous improvements. - Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and MoEngage to capture key site metrics and enhance paid campaign performance. - Compile and communicate monthly/quarterly reports on digital marketing performance, deriving actionable insights for future efforts. - Collaborate with Marketing Ops to optimize landing pages and enhance customer experience using A/B testing, personalization, and conversion rate optimization strategies. - Work with the SEO team to optimize the website for organic traffic and improve conversion rates. Minimum Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in paid digital marketing, with a preference for expertise in paid social/display and direct response. - 2+ years of B2B marketing experience (desirable). - Deep understanding of digital marketing practices, growth marketing concepts, and technical paid digital knowledge. - Proven ability to drive strategic and tactical initiatives forward with minimal supervision. - Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data trends. - Experience in driving experimentation roadmaps to optimize campaigns continuously. - User-centric approach and excellent communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.,
