We are seeking a Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leader with a strong accounting background and who can provide both forward-looking business insights and ensure accounting accuracy. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Build and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling projections across geographies and service lines. Partner with Sales & Delivery to align revenue forecasts with pipeline reality . Build margin ladder dashboards by client, geography, and service line. Conduct variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget) with business insights, not just reporting. Support leadership with scenario modelling (e.g., cost of entering Europe/US vs. expected ROI). Accounting & Compliance Oversee monthly closing, accruals, reconciliations, and MIS reporting . Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP / IFRS , tax filings, and audit requirements.
