You will lead end-to-end technical delivery, inspire customer confidence, and ensure innovative, scalable, and integrated ServiceNow architectures. This is both a hands-on and strategic role, requiring deep technical expertise, strong consulting skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while mentoring technical teams. Key Responsibilities Pre-Sales & Consulting Engage with clients to understand business processes, pain points, and desired outcomes. Craft scalable technical blueprints considering security, integrations, and future scalability. Develop POCs and solution demos that showcase ServiceNows value proposition. Support proposals with effort estimates, cost models, and delivery timelines. Implementation & Delivery ¢ Lead the technical delivery of complex ServiceNow projects from inception to go-live. Oversee module configurations, customizations, and cross-platform integrations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, etc.). Certified ServiceNow System Administrator & Certified Implementation Specialist in at least two modules. ¢ ¢ ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) certified.
