Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Associate to help grow our business in the insurance sector. Your role will focus on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. If you have a background in insurance and are ready to bring your expertise to a dynamic, growth-focused team, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue potential clients in the insurance industry, focusing on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and the competitive landscape, providing insights to shape business development strategies.
  • Identify client needs and set up meetings with sales subject matter experts for further consultation on insurance requirements.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on business development initiatives and overall company goals.
  • Track and report on business development activities, analyzing data to optimize performance and improve results.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.

Experience:

1+ years in business development, sales, or account management within the insurance sector.

Sales Skills:

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders.

Analytical Thinking:

Ability to analyze data and market trends to guide strategy and decision-making.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and other digital tools relevant to business development.
