Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and engage potential clients in the

  IT / Software / BFSI

   domains.
• Run

  outbound campaigns

   via LinkedIn, email, and calls using structured cadences.
• Manage inbound leads qualify, nurture, and move them to the next stage.
  
• Conduct

  discovery and qualification

   (BANT framework) before passing to sales leadership.
• Partner with pre-sales and delivery teams to prepare proposals and follow up with prospects.
  
• Maintain CRM hygiene (Zoho) — track pipeline, notes, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
  
• Contribute to closures by maintaining strong engagement through the buying cycle.
  
• Report weekly metrics — meetings booked, opportunities created, deals progressed.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years in

  B2B IT / Software / SaaS / Consulting sales

  .
• Proven success in

  outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and deal progression

  .
• Strong written & verbal communication; fluent with

  C-level outreach

  .
• Familiar with tools like

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar

  .
• Solid understanding of

  enterprise sales cycles, IT services offerings

  , and customer personas.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working directly with founders / leadership.
