Xcitium is looking for a Sales Development Representative to add to the team. This individual will reach business targets through excellent telephone and communications skills. They will be responsible for the initiation of prospect calls as well as developing ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Responsibilities: Will perform outbound calls to prospects that are generated by external sources of lead generation as well as to follow up with existing and potential customers. Will Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process. Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, create sense of urgency. Work with Support and Validation team to ensure customer satisfaction. Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database. Additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned . Should be willing to work in night shift
