development. We help businesses streamline operations through smart, scalable solutions. We are

expanding our sales team and looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative to support outbound and inbound sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and calls.

• Understand client needs and explain PySquad’s services clearly.

• Work with the senior sales team to create proposals and follow-ups.

• Update and maintain CRM with leads, interactions, and progress.

• Support in preparing presentations, pitch decks, and sales materials.

• Research target industries such as Logistics, Aviation, Marina, and Administrative services.

• Coordinate with technical teams during demos and requirement discussions.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Basic understanding of IT services such as ERP, Mobile Apps, Websites, or AI.

• Good knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, email writing, and lead follow-up.

• Ability to learn fast, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks.

• Positive attitude and willingness to grow in a sales career.

Good to Have:

• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Notion.

• Prior internship or experience in sales/lead generation.

• Understanding of Odoo, SaaS, or tech terminology.
