AI Engineer

Who you’ll be: Be a core contributor to our AI-first platform that redefines how users discover properties through intelligent, conversational experiences. You’ll bring advanced AI techniques into production, transforming models, agents, and data into seamless user interactions. This is a hands-on role where practical impact and real deployment matter most. What you’ll do: -Architect and build multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain, with working examples in deployed projects. -Develop agentic workflows that simulate human reasoning and multi-step task planning within chat-based environments. -Fine-tune LLMs (e.g., Mistral, GPT, Falcon) on custom datasets, ensuring proven improvements across real user tasks. -Build intent recognition, memory-based dialogue management, and contextual understanding modules, used in live products. -Design and implement machine learning pipelines for personalized recommendation engines powered by behavioral feedback. -Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) strategies to drive contextual query handling and dynamic property discovery. -Connect AI systems with the backend, supporting real-time conversational UX. -Collaborate with design, product, and dev teams to ship AI features, track performance metrics, and improve over iterations. -Ensure all the above have been practically applied in at least one live project or commercial deployment. Nice to Have: -Proven experience working with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration tools in real AI workflows. -Contributions to AI-first platforms like e-commerce advisors, travel planners, or property search tools. -Knowledge of cloud-based ML infrastructure (AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions) used to deploy AI into production environments. -Passion for building human-like agent behaviour, multi-agent collaboration, and personalised AI systems.
