Sales Development Representative (Remote – India) 📍 Remote | 🌏 Southeast Asia Focus | 💼 Full-Time A fast-growing climate tech startup is looking for its first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand into new markets across Southeast Asia. If you're passionate about sustainability and excited to help businesses reduce their carbon footprint through innovative technology—this could be the role for you. About the Role As our first SDR hire in the Philippines, you'll play a key role in building our sales development playbook , generating new leads, and fueling pipeline growth in mid-market to enterprise segments. This is a high-impact role with plenty of opportunity for growth. What You’ll Do Generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound channels Use a multi-touch outreach strategy (email, cold calling, LinkedIn, etc.) Educate prospects on our ESG and carbon management solution Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns Provide valuable feedback to improve product positioning Build foundational SDR processes for future hires What We’re Looking For 5+ years of SDR or BDR experience in SaaS Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot , Salesforce ) Highly motivated, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills Experience working remotely and independently Passion for climate tech and making a real-world impact What We Offer Competitive salary + stock options Unlimited paid time off Health insurance coverage A collaborative, remote-first work environment A chance to work on meaningful projects that support a sustainable future Show more Show less
