Key Responsibilities:

• Appointment Scheduling
• Ensure all lawyers have a steady flow of appointments by keeping their calendars full and well-organized.
• Perform appointment reminders and confirmations via SMS and/or calls.
• Increase Lead-to-Deal Conversion
• Qualify and follow up on leads to significantly boost conversion rates.
• Identify and qualify incoming leads.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication with all prospects.
• Resource Optimization
• Consolidate lead management under one dedicated role to utilize resources more efficiently.
• Enhanced Customer Experience
• Deliver personalized and timely communication that enhances client satisfaction.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Scheduling and confirming appointments while ensuring client commitment.
• Managing multiple social channels (e.g., Messenger, Direct Messages, WhatsApp).
• Following up and scheduling appointments for the intake team.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to refine lead generation efforts.
• Handling campaigns promptly via platforms like Just Call.
• Generating performance reports and analytical insights.
• Managing the live chat function on the website.

Expected Work Schedule (Indian Time):

3:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST

• First Shift:

  3:00 AM to 12:00 PM IST (includes a 1-hour break)

• Second Shift:

  10:30 AM to 7:00 PM IST (includes a 1-hour break)

Candidates must be open to working either shift, depending on team needs.
