What You’ll Do

• Proactively source and engage technical talent across India using platforms such as

  , and other sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for a variety of

  engineering, data, and technical roles

  in the Indian market.
• Conduct effective and professional outreach that reflects the company’s brand and values.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, hiring goals, and team dynamics.
• Leverage data and analytics to refine sourcing strategies and report on pipeline health and conversion.
