Job Description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) India Market

CTC- Up to 6 LPA

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (On-site | 6 days a week)
Client: Confidential Tech Company (DaaS Platform)

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Finding and reaching out to potential business customers via calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
  • Starting conversations to understand their needs and whether the solution is a good fit
  • Booking meetings for the senior sales team with qualified leads
  • Keeping track of outreach and lead progress in the CRM
  • Following up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns
  • Working closely with sales and marketing to improve outreach and messaging

What Were Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
  • Organized and proactive with follow-ups and lead tracking
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or other CRMs

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience selling tech products, SaaS, IT hardware, or subscription services
  • Exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo
  • Understanding of B2B buying processes or selling to Admin/IT/Procurement teams

Growth Path: From SDR to AE in 12 Months

This role comes with a clear growth roadmap. If you hit your goals and demonstrate ownership, you’ll be considered for an Account Executive (AE) role within 12 months — where you'll get to manage deals end-to-end.

We’ll support you with ongoing training, mentorship, and real exposure to the sales process.
