As a Sales Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include communication with customers over the call or via chat channels through social media platforms such as Instagram & Whatsapp, guiding the customer in configurating the perfect PC for their needs. Educating them about the hardware compatibility, quality and performance, managing sales activities and communicating & coordinating with other teams within the organization. 1-2 Months of Training (With Full Salary) will be provided to the selected individuals at our 7000 Sq. Ft Facility in Mumbai. Free Accomodation included for the training period. Available for out-of Mumbai trainees only. Preferred candidate profile: Basic Knowledge of Computer Components Excellent communication skills Customer centric approach Experience in the computer hardware industry is a plus but not must. Rather preference to a candidate who can grasp knowledge faster. Fluent in English. Knowing other languages is a plus. Good Typing speed
