• Conduct outbound prospecting via emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
• Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to personalize outreach strategies.
• Qualify leads based on pain points, interest level, buying intent, and alignment with Darwix AI's offerings.
• Schedule discovery and product demo meetings for the Sales team with C-suite or senior stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, activities, and pipeline metrics in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and optimize outreach.
• Report weekly performance metrics and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Stay updated with AI industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer challenges to enhance sales conversation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development (preferably in SaaS, tech, or AI domain).
• Experience in handling enterprise clients and initiating conversations with CXO-level executives is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
• Comfortable with high outbound volume and performance-driven environments.
• Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts and articulate value propositions clearly.
