Job Title: Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing (Domestic & International Markets) Company: Xntrova Technologies Location: 2nd floor, A 107, Block D, Sector 8 Dwarka, Dwarka, New Delhi, Delhi, 110077 About the Role We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager who can grow our client base in India and across global markets. The role blends strategic outreach with deep knowledge of digital marketing services to win high-value accounts and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure domestic and international clients for services such as SEO, paid media (Google Ads, Meta), social media management, content marketing, performance marketing, and web development. Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and online channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, partnerships). Understand client needs across different regions and craft tailored proposals with the internal strategy team. Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with local market standards and close deals efficiently. Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery teams. Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to guide expansion strategies. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets across domestic and international portfolios. Required Experience & Skills 2–4+ years of business development or sales experience in a digital marketing agency, with proven exposure to both Indian and international clients. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, KPIs, and pricing models. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to adapt pitch for different cultural and regional contexts. Proven track record of hitting or surpassing revenue goals. Comfortable with time-zone flexibility to interact with global prospects. Compensation Salary: Negotiable—based on interview performance and experience. Incentives: Competitive performance-based incentives on both domestic and international deals.
