Develop strong client relationships and present tailored solutions based on the client’s business goals and challenges. Handle the entire sales lifecycle —from cold outreach to lead generation, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure proposals and campaigns align with our service capabilities. Represent the company in client meetings, video calls, networking events, and digital platforms. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools. Stay updated on market trends, digital marketing tools, and competitors’ offerings. Requirements 2–5 years of proven sales experience in selling digital marketing or IT services . Strong experience working with international clients (US, UK, Australia, etc.) is mandatory . Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient in using LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach tools, and CRMs like HubSpot or Zoho. Strategic thinker with a strong sense of client service and solution selling. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts, tools, and KPIs. Existing client network or lead sources is a plus.
