About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior SEO Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in search engine optimization, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment. The candidate should have hands-on experience with both on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, content strategy, and technical SEO. This role requires someone who can manage projects independently, drive organic growth, and mentor junior SEO team members when needed. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies to increase website traffic and search rankings. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends analysis to identify growth opportunities. Perform on-page optimization: meta tags, headings, schema, internal linking, site speed optimization, and content recommendations. Manage off-page activities including link-building campaigns, guest posting, and outreach. Conduct technical SEO audits and work with the development team to fix crawling, indexing, and other site-related issues. Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics (organic traffic, keyword ranking, CTR, conversions). Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices. Collaborate with the content, design, and paid marketing teams to ensure alignment across all digital marketing efforts. Train and guide junior SEO executives/interns when required. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in a digital marketing agency). Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools. Proven ability to improve website rankings and increase organic traffic. Solid understanding of technical SEO concepts (site architecture, schema, page speed optimization, mobile SEO). Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms. Good understanding of content marketing and keyword-driven content strategy. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in handling client SEO projects at a digital marketing agency. Familiarity with local SEO, e-commerce SEO, and international SEO strategies. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for technical SEO collaboration). What We Offer Competitive salary package.
