Job Title: Senior SEO Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive to lead keyword strategy, optimize on-page and off-page elements, manage technical SEO requirements, and collaborate closely with content and technical teams to drive sustainable organic growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise across all SEO verticals and strong analytical abilities to track performance and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Keyword Strategy & Research

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential, relevant keywords for website and content optimization.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive keyword lists aligned with business goals and SEO strategies.

On-Page SEO

  • Analyze existing meta tags and implement optimized versions to improve search visibility and click-through rates.
  • Write or rewrite meta titles, descriptions, and other on-page elements to boost rankings and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the content team to optimize blog content using SEO best practices and keyword strategies.

Technical SEO

  • Perform detailed technical audits to identify issues affecting website performance, crawlability, and indexing.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely implementation of fixes and improvements.
  • Ensure SEO strategies are optimized for WordPress and e-commerce platforms.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

  • Create off-page submission content for social bookmarking, classifieds, directories, and local listings.
  • Execute submission processes to improve backlink profiles and brand visibility.
  • Implement ethical, high-impact link building strategies to strengthen website authority.
  • Proactively identify and secure high-quality inbound links from relevant sources.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Compile and deliver detailed monthly reports covering key KPIs, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and overall site performance.

Research & Strategy

  1. Conduct competitive and industry analysis to identify trends, SEO best practices, and innovation opportunities.
  2. Explore emerging technologies and tools to inspire new strategies and potential breakthroughs in SEO performance.

Communication & Collaboration

  1. Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  2. Respond promptly to emails, queries, and requests to support cross-functional collaboration.
