As a Client Servicing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting client relationships and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

Gaining a deep understanding of the client’s brand identity, core values, and USPs to support effective campaign execution.
Performing quality checks and managing the posting of content across various social media platforms.
Receiving, decoding, and executing new briefs and campaigns in coordination with senior team members.
Creating and updating weekly Job Status Reports (JSRs) to track progress.
Collaborating with the creative team to align campaigns with the brand’s tone, voice, and overall identity.
Gathering data and inputs to prepare detailed social media and brand analysis reports.
Working with cross-functional teams to ideate, conceptualize, and execute weekly/monthly content calendars, pitches, and campaigns.
Supporting Online Reputation Management (ORM) activities as required.
Conducting regular hygiene checks to ensure efficiency, while coordinating with Media, SEO, and Web teams for smooth task execution.
