About the Role:

Sales/Business Development Manager


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

●     Identify, pursue, and acquire new corporate clients for MICE and event-related services.

●     Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.

●     Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, travel managers, HR heads, and procurement teams.

●     Pitch and present customized event solutions, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.

●     Work closely with the operations and creative teams to ensure the smooth execution of events.

●     Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with company goals.

●     Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.

●     Attend relevant industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to promote the brand.

●     Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for internal review.

●     Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables with clients and vendors.

●     Ensure exceptional client servicing and post-event relationship management for repeat business.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

sales/business development in the MICE or corporate event industry

●     Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

●     Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

●     Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

●     A self-starter with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

●      Strong industry contacts and networks in the MICE/corporate space is a plus.


Salary & Benefits:

●     Salary: β‚Ή30,000 to β‚Ή65,000/month (based on experience and skill set)
