Job Title: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – MICE & Corporate Events Location: Malad Mumbai Experience: Minimum 2 Years Salary Range: ₹30,000 to ₹65,000 per month (based on experience and caliber) Industry: Event Management / Corporate Events / MICE About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Business Development Manager who specializes in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and Corporate Events . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales to drive revenue growth for our organization. Key Roles & Responsibilities: ● Identify, pursue, and acquire new corporate clients for MICE and event-related services. ● Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, travel managers, HR heads, and procurement teams. ● Pitch and present customized event solutions, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs. ● Work closely with the operations and creative teams to ensure the smooth execution of events. ● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with company goals. ● Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences. ● Attend relevant industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to promote the brand. ● Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for internal review. ● Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables with clients and vendors. ● Ensure exceptional client servicing and post-event relationship management for repeat business. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/business development in the MICE or corporate event industry . ● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ● Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. ● A self-starter with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. ● Strong industry contacts and networks in the MICE/corporate space is a plus.
