Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, and end consumers to promote and sell our premium selection of natural stones. Identify and engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored natural stone solutions. Stay informed about industry trends and market demands to deliver insightful recommendations and strategies. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base. Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, resolving any issues promptly and effectively. Desired Skill Set: Post Graduate degree/MBA or Undergraduate degree with 5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development. Prior experience in the natural stone, marble, building materials, real estate, architecture, or interior design industry is an asset. Great interpersonal and communication skills. Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, and end consumers. Proven experience in managing and engaging with high-net-worth individuals (HNI customers). Up-to-date with industry trends and market demands to provide insightful recommendations and strategies.
