Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify, outreach, and engage potential clients across industries like lifestyle, FMCG, D2C, tech, and more. Pitching & Presentations : Craft compelling influencer marketing and digital campaign proposals tailored to client needs. Client Acquisition : Convert leads into long-term clients by showcasing ROI-driven influencer marketing strategies and Recess’s creative capabilities. Market Research : Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer marketing opportunities. Revenue Growth : Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic selling and relationship building. Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with strategy, creative, and influencer teams to build customized solutions for clients. Client Relationship Management : Maintain strong relationships with acquired clients and explore upselling opportunities. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in a marketing/influencer marketing agency . Proven experience in selling influencer marketing campaigns to brands or agencies. Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A go-getter attitude with a hunger to scale revenue and build relationships.
