We're a Kolkata-based EV startup building the future of two-wheeler mobility — from e-bikes to lithium-ion battery packs. We’ve built great products. Now we need great distribution. That's where you come in.


🎯 Your Mission


  • Own the B2B Sales Function

    end-to-end. From strategy to execution.
  • Define sales KPIs, processes, outreach plans, and revenue goals — and hit them.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of distributors, dealers, fleet owners, and resellers across India.
  • Use a CRM to track leads, conversions, follow-ups, and relationship cycles.
  • Analyze market feedback and guide our product/pricing/channel strategy.
  • Hire and lead a small team as we scale.
  • Be the

    chief architect of growth

📋 Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Conduct market research and identify high-potential B2B partners
  • Make calls, schedule demos, and close deals — directly or via team
  • Track sales performance and report metrics to the leadership team
  • Set up systems, scripts, SOPs, and pitch decks for the sales cycle
  • Identify growth opportunities, channel gaps, and emerging EV demand clusters
  • Regularly guide founders on “what’s next” — campaigns, exhibitions, geographies, partnerships


✅ What We’re Looking For


  • 3–5 years+ experience in B2B sales (automobile, EV, battery, or hardware preferred)
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali — confident in pitching and negotiating
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Strategic thinking with a bias for action
  • Proven ability to hit numbers and build scalable sales functions
  • You're someone who sees a whiteboard and starts sketching a plan
