🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Make

  B2B outbound calls

  to prospective and existing clients
• Manage and

  follow up on leads

  efficiently using our CRM system (EVS)
• Support the

  sales and marketing team

  with campaign outreach and lead nurturing
• Ensure a high level of

  client satisfaction and relationship management

🧠 Who You Are:

• Confident communicator with fluency in

  English, Hindi, and Bengali

• Comfortable speaking on the phone and explaining EV-related products or services
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Prior experience with

  CRM tools

  is a plus (we’ll train you on EVS)
