Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at AuctionBazaar for Kolkata Location. He/She will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining solid relationships with financial institutions, managing the end-to-end sales process, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop strategies, analyze market trends, and provide product development and improvement insights. Qualifications & Experience Batchelors Degree Understand the Financial Markets/Banks, having experience in Banks and NBFCS will be an added advantage Proven experience in business development and sales in Banks – freshers will be considered Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of CRM software- but not mandatory Company Website : www.auctionbazaar.com

The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop strategies, analyze market trends, and provide product development and improvement insights. Qualifications & Experience Batchelors Degree Proven experience in business development and sales in real estate/retail sales. – freshers will be considered. Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of the financial industry and NPAs/Financial Services/Banking - will be an added advantage.
