Job Description

As a Sales/Business Development Manager in US IT Staffing, your role will involve driving new client acquisition, managing existing accounts, and growing revenue through various staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with US clients, including Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS programs. - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for IT staffing services. - Sell contract, C2C, W2, and full-time staffing solutions. - Establish long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and vendors. - Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment. - Negotiate rates, contracts, MSAs, SOWs, and terms. - Handle client onboarding, compliance, and documentation. - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. - Stay current with US staffing market trends, technologies, and competition. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing Sales/Business Development. Location: Hyderabad Onsite: Monday to Friday Feel free to omit any section if not applicable.
