Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales / Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales cycles, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role will require effective communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of the construction and precast industry.

Skills Required

• Sales and Business Development skills
• Relationship Building and Client Management skills
• Strong understanding of Sales Strategies and Sales Cycles
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work with focus
• Experience in the construction or precast industry is a plus
• BE + MBA (preferred)
• Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad
