Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales / Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our camera and imaging solutions to new and existing clients. This role requires strong technical understanding of camera products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Requirements:

•Identify and develop new business opportunities in the CCTV surveillance market.

•Strong market knowledge on CCTV market vendors: HIKVISION, Dahua, CP PLUS, BOSCH, PANASONIC, and AXIS

•Understand client needs and recommend appropriate camera products and solutions.

•Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

•Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

•Stay up-to-date with new product launches, market trends, and competitor activities.

•Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to support customer success.

•Experience working with distributors, resellers, or integrators in the camera domain.

•Understanding of video surveillance systems, imaging software, or optical technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or related field.

•5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the camera, electronics, or imaging industry.

•Technical knowledge of camera systems (e.g., CCTV, IP cameras ,NVR)

•Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

•Self-motivated and target-oriented with a customer-first mindset.

•Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
