As a Sales / Business Development Manager at BTL Solutions, your role will involve driving growth by nurturing relationships with Agencies of Record (AORs), Corporates, and Mall Management teams. Your influence on key decision-makers will be crucial for major brand activations, visual merchandising, retail space decor, and event execution projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, connect with, and onboard key AOR partners. - Craft customized pitches to position the company as a preferred execution partner. - Build deep, trusted relationships with agency account managers and decision-makers. - Reach out to corporate decision-makers, mall management, and retail developers. - Present design-led branding solutions to secure new projects. - Tailor solutions to match each client or agency's unique requirements. - Share insights and market feedback with internal strategy and innovation teams. - Ensure compliance with company policies on pricing, contracts, and operations. - Maintain accurate records of meetings, pitches, and project updates in CRM. - Provide regular reports on performance against sales and growth targets. **Qualifications & Experience:** - 8 to 10+ years in business development, corporate sales, or account management. - Proven track record in branding, activations, visual merchandising, or retail design. - Strong connections with top AORs, corporate marketing heads, and mall management teams. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred. **Why Join Us ** - Be part of a creative, fast-moving team where strategy meets execution. - Work on large, high-ticket brand projects driven through top agencies and corporates. - Build lasting relationships with influential decision-makers in the branding and retail space. - Enjoy a supportive, design-driven culture that values your ideas and initiative. - Accelerate your career with projects that shape real-world brand experiences.
