Roles and Responsibilities: Liaise effectively with existing Wealth Relationship Managers within SBI to foster collaboration and identify new business opportunities. Conduct regular visits to SBI Wealth Branches , building strong relationships and liaising proactively with bank officials to drive joint initiatives. Take primary responsibility for the acquisition of new Wealth clients , expanding the client base for Sbicap Securities. Lead marketing efforts and provide comprehensive training to Wealth RMs on Demat and trading accounts, ensuring they are equipped to promote these services. Oversee and manage the daily deliverable activities of the business , with a key focus on achieving established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining high standards of service quality. Specific focus areas include driving Client Acquisitions & Activations . Qualification: Graduation is Mandatory. Desired Candidate Profile: Proven experience in client acquisition or relationship management, preferably within the financial services or wealth management sector. Strong understanding of Demat accounts, trading platforms, and capital markets. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with bank officials and clients. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Strong presentation, communication (verbal and written), and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
