Job Title : AXIOM Controller View Specialist Experience : 7 to 10+ Years Location : Any (Pune / Madurai / Bengaluru) Employment Type : Full-Time Work Mode : Hybrid (3 Days in Office, rest Remote) Timings & Days : 10 PM to 7 PM (Rotational Shifts & Days) Job Brief Are you an expert in AXIOM Controller View with strong Oracle PL / SQL skills? In this role, you’ll play a key part in troubleshooting issues, managing core systems, and collaborating closely with clients. Responsibilities Use your skills in AXIOM Controller View, Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix to support key systems. Help users by answering their questions and fixing issues quickly. Talk with customers and team members through calls and emails. Support apps built with AXIOM, Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix in production. Find and fix root causes of problems to improve our systems. Manage tasks, priorities, and handle any urgent issues. Work on your own or with your team to meet customer expectations. Keep track of support tickets and make sure SLAs are met. Be ready to attend customer interviews. Be open to working in shifts or on weekends when needed (24x7 support). Qualifications 7 to 10+ years of experience with AXIOM Controller View. Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and Unix. Good communication and teamwork skills. Able to work independently and manage tasks. Experience with production support is a big plus.
