Role Description:

Sales & Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle for HT/LT control panels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, EPC companies, OEMs, and end clients.
  • Conduct regular site visits, understand project requirements, and provide suitable technical-commercial solutions.
  • Prepare and submit quotations/tenders in line with project specifications.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close orders to achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure client requirements are translated into deliverables.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Provide regular MIS reports on enquiries, quotations, and sales pipeline.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HT/LT control panels, switchgear, and electrical distribution systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate enquiries through networking, cold calls, and client visits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across project sites and client locations.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the electrical or industrial sector is a plus
