Sales Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, your role will involve generating leads for Delegate's tickets (physical & virtual) and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets across a wide range of events. You will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining repeat clients by identifying, researching, and contacting senior level executives in various business sectors. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing contact with key decision makers and delivering compelling business propositions that comply with company requirements. - Ensuring effective communication throughout the business proposition and closing deals successfully. - Meeting personal and company targets regularly, and identifying and resolving any issues that may arise. - Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, while managing expectations realistically. - Ensuring all business activities are fully compliant and meet company standards. - Collaborating with the team to achieve revenue targets. - Updating and maintaining the company's CRM system accurately. - Leading by example and consistently achieving personal revenue targets. - Continuously improving performance levels and developing skills across all channels to market. - Contributing effectively to the team's revenue goals. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written. - Experience in cold calling is preferred. - Prior experience in managing a client database. - Excellent negotiation skills. - Demonstrated sociability, networking abilities, and self-motivation.
