Role DescriptionWe are seeking a smart, dynamic, and multi-tasking Telemarketing & Sales Coordinator to support our business development and marketing functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for telecalling, lead generation, customer follow-ups, sales coordination, and assisting the sales and marketing team with day-to-day activities. Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and digital platformsCoordinate with the sales and technical teams to schedule meetings, demos, or site visits.Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel), ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and leads.Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations as needed.Support in organizing webinars, exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and internal documentation.Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely information or redirect to relevant departments.Prepare weekly and monthly reports on telecalling and lead generation activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of sales tasks.Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services in electrical, automation, and energy sectors. Job Role & Responsibilities: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for accurate cost estimation, tender preparation, and technical evaluation of control panel projects including: Studying tender documents, drawings, and client specifications. Preparing accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on SLDs, GA drawings, and technical specs. Performing cost estimation of HT & LT panels, PLC panels, APFC panels, and VFD panels. Coordinating with the design, purchase, and production teams for up-to-date costing and technical details. Preparing and submitting techno-commercial offers and quotations. Keeping updated with latest component pricing from vendors such as Siemens, Schneider, ABB, L&T, etc. Attending pre-bid and technical meetings as required. Supporting the sales and business development team in technical discussions and pricing strategy. Key Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical panel estimation. Strong knowledge of electrical components, wiring systems, panel accessories, and power systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD (basic level), and costing software/tools. Understanding of IEC standards, panel manufacturing norms, and industrial applications.
