Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive located in Indore. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing to promote IPCE's products and services to industrial segments.

Sales & Marketing Engineer

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in EPC, MEP, and renewable energy sectors.
• Promote and position our range of electrical control panels, cable trays, raceways, bus ducts, and turnkey project capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, government departments, and industrial clients.
• Conduct technical presentations and site visits to explain product benefits and solutions.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and tender documentation.
• Collaborate with design, estimation, and execution teams for project-specific requirements.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and ensure order conversion.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Maintain CRM and provide timely sales reports to the management.

Qualifications

• Strong Knowledge of Electrical Control Panels (HT/LT Panels)

• Market Planning and Market Research skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Sales and Marketing skills
• Experience in the electrical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
