The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and developing market plans. Daily tasks will include engaging with clients, building and maintaining relationships, identifying potential markets, and contributing to brand promotion and visibility efforts. Qualifications Proficiency in Market Research and Market Planning to assess target audiences and develop strategic approaches. Strong Sales and Marketing skills to generate leads, close deals, and effectively implement promotional activities. Excellent Communication skills to articulate ideas clearly, build rapport with clients, and collaborate effectively with team members. Ability to work independently, meet goals within deadlines, and manage time effectively. Previous experience in real estate or related fields is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
