Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, conducting market research, presenting products to potential clients, and negotiating sales contracts. Other daily tasks include collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for

    HT/LT Control Panels

    with industries, consultants, contractors, and EPC companies.
  • Regularly visit

    sites, consultants, and clients

    to build relationships and generate enquiries.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions in coordination with the estimation & design team.
  • Prepare and submit

    techno-commercial offers/quotations

    .
  • Conduct

    negotiations and order finalization

    with clients.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision makers.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and ensure

    payment follow-up

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development experience
  • Market research and analysis skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales deals
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
