Job Summary:

Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Promote and market properties through online and offline channels.
Conduct property visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable property options.
Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and maintain client databases.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and manage sales documentation, agreements, and contracts.
Keep up to date with real estate market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
Coordinate with marketing, legal, and administrative teams to ensure smooth deal closure.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related sales field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of local property laws and real estate market trends is an advantage.
Valid driver’s license
