Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead our sales operations in Pune's West and East regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, team management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.

Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of the Pune real estate market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
