Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented IT Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth
The ideal candi must have a strong background in IT/software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships This role demands strategic planning, team leadership, and consistent achievement of sales targets

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company objectives and targets
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve maximum performance Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events Build and sustain strong, long-lasting client relationships Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT/software solutions Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies

Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance and market trends
Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate post-sales support

Requirements:

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Proven experience as an IT Sales Manager or in a similar IT/software sales role In-depth knowledge of IT products, services, and software solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
