Role Description

Project Execution (SITC):

• End-to-end execution of electrical projects—Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) for Greenfield and Brownfield sites, covering:
• HT Yard Setup
• Internal & External Electrical Wiring
• Transformer Installation
• VCBs, RMUs, and HT Panels
• LT Panels & Busducts
• Cable Trays, Raceways, and other supporting electrical infrastructure.

Site Management:

• Lead and manage on-site project execution activities
• Ensure adherence to timelines, safety, and quality standards
• Manage resources (manpower, material, machinery) effectively

Coordination & Reporting:

• Act as a bridge between site execution teams and senior management
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants
• Handle project documentation, including DPRs, inspection checklists, and billing support

Compliance & Standards:

• Ensure work conforms to IEC, IS, and other applicable standards
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks

Qualifications

• Electrical Design and Engineering skills
• Experience in Electricity, Power Systems, and Power Distribution
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications in electrical systems or project management
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and project workflows
• Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate across departments
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools
• Familiarity with safety, statutory, and regulatory compliances
