Sales & Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute marketing strategies to promote Medonext’s healthcare products & services to target audiences (hospitals, clinics, practitioners, etc.).
• Identify and generate new business leads through both offline and online channels.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders: doctors, hospitals, clinic managers, distributors, partners.
• Design marketing collateral, proposals, presentations, case studies, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate events, webinars, exhibitions, or product demonstrations.
• Track metrics and analyze performance of sales & marketing campaigns; refine strategies for better ROI.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Management, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing — preferably in the healthcare / health-tech domain.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong digital marketing skill set: social media platforms, email tools, Google Analytics.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Analytical mind — able to interpret data, extract insights, tweak strategy accordingly.
• Self-starter attitude; ability to multitask and deliver results under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, product demos or events, if required.
