Sales and Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:
Responsible for generating new leads, expanding market reach, and increasing sales of chemical products through both digital marketing and direct B2B sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email marketing, website content, WhatsApp marketing) to attract new industrial clients.
• Generate high-quality B2B leads through online research, industry directories, professional platforms, and targeted outreach.
• Identify and explore new geographic areas, sectors, and industries for business expansion (pharma, paints, cosmetics, pesticides, printing, adhesives, etc.).
• Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and present suitable product options based on specifications and applications.
• Build a strong sales pipeline by consistently identifying prospective buyers and scheduling follow-ups.
• Convert leads into sales by negotiating prices, discussing technical requirements, and closing orders.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and cross-selling.
• Manage online presence by updating product information, promotional content, and digital marketing materials.
• Track campaign performance, lead conversion metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, dispatch, stock availability, and customer service requirements.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging demand areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
