Sales and Marketing Specialist

You will play a crucial role in driving revenue and promoting travel and tourism services, including visa processing and holiday packages. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and approaching potential customers through various channels such as online inquiries, phone calls, and in-person meetings. - Promoting visa processing services and holiday packages tailored to client needs. - Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate and individual clients to ensure repeat business. - Providing accurate information on travel destinations, visa requirements, pricing, and packages. - Negotiating contracts, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, you will be involved in marketing activities such as: - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and advertisements. - Creating and executing B2B marketing and conversion strategies that focus on promoting products or services to other businesses. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field. - Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel or tourism industry. - Strong knowledge of visa requirements and travel destinations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus. - Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. - Passion for travel and providing excellent customer service.
