As a Sales and Marketing professional, your role will involve various responsibilities to help drive business growth and success: Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders will be crucial. Your goal will be to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and product demos. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate sales records and reports. Creating engaging content for social media, email marketing, and company websites will be essential. You will need to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine strategies. Additionally, coordinating with graphic designers, agencies, and vendors for promotional materials and managing event planning and participation in trade shows, expos, and customer meet-ups will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field - 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools - Ability to work independently and in a team environment In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers cell phone reimbursement as a benefit.
