Success Metrics & Expectations performance will be reviewed monthly based on the following: Timely delivery of content calendars and blog articles. Growth in audience engagement, reach, and interaction across digital platforms. SEO improvements (organic traffic, keyword rankings). ROI from campaigns and partnerships. Execution quality of influencer collaborations and organized events. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. Proven experience in B2C marketing, digital strategy, and content creation. Strong knowledge of SEO, social media, analytics, and campaign management tools.
