Job Summary: The Visa Typing Staff is responsible for accurately typing and processing visa applications and related documents. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in typing, and a thorough understanding of visa requirements and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately type visa applications, ensuring all information is correctly entered.

Review and verify documents submitted for visa applications.

Maintain confidentiality of applicant information.

Assist in the preparation of application packages for submission.

Keep records of processed applications and track timelines.

Stay updated on visa regulations and procedures.

Provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in typing and data entry.

Familiarity with visa application processes is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.

Skills:

Fast and accurate typing skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary: Starting from -10000 to 17000
