As the Marketing & Content Strategist, you will lead and execute Arooha Travel’s B2C marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. You will be responsible for developing integrated campaigns, creating impactful content strategies, and driving consumer engagement that enhances brand visibility and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop, own, and implement B2C marketing strategies across digital and offline platforms.
Create and manage integrated campaigns to drive lead generation, consumer engagement, and brand awareness.
Oversee execution of influencer and brand collaborations, promotional events, and partnership-driven marketing initiatives.
Monitor marketing performance and optimize efforts using data insights and consumer behavior trends.
Content Strategy & Management
Deliver monthly content calendars, blog articles, and social media plans on time.
Ensure brand messaging is consistent and aligned with Arooha’s identity across all channels.
Oversee SEO-focused content creation to drive organic traffic and improve keyword rankings.
Manage storytelling for campaigns, ensuring engaging and impactful narratives across platforms.
Collaboration & Communication
Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and external partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align campaigns with organizational goals.
Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy reviews.
Uphold Arooha’s brand standards and foster a collaborative work culture.
Success Metrics & Expectations
performance will be reviewed monthly based on the following:
Timely delivery of content calendars and blog articles.
Growth in audience engagement, reach, and interaction across digital platforms.
SEO improvements (organic traffic, keyword rankings).
ROI from campaigns and partnerships.
Execution quality of influencer collaborations and organized events.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
Proven experience in B2C marketing, digital strategy, and content creation.
Strong knowledge of SEO, social media, analytics, and campaign management tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to analyze data and optimize strategies.
