Marketing & Content Strategist

You should have 3-4 years of proven work experience in strategy and execution responsibilities across Marketing & Content. Your role at Arham Labs will involve setting specific marketing goals and designing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business targets. It will be your responsibility to ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels to enable building brand loyalty and improving customer retention. Working closely with internal and external teams, you will need to plan content requirements, create content strategy deliverables, and develop clear and engaging content across various touchpoints consistent with the company's brand image. You will also be in charge of creating, adjusting, and managing the marketing and editorial calendar, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and establishing a strong, long-term web presence. To excel in this role, you must have demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies, an understanding of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, Social (Paid/Organic), Google Analytics, and the ability to manage digital agency performance. A strong understanding of brand communication and content creation, web design, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and strong analytical skills are essential. Marketing automation experience would be a definite plus. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing market trends, competitors, and internal and external opportunities, as well as sales and marketing metrics. You will be responsible for creating consumable reports, presentations, etc. to aid in decision-making processes.
