Sr. UX Designer

As an experienced UI designer with a passion for creating unique, user-centric products and experiences, you will play a crucial role in the digital transformation solutions offered by Arham Labs. With over 3 years of hands-on experience, you will collaborate with agile teams, developers, UX designers, and copywriters to deliver innovative design solutions that meet business and user requirements. Your key responsibilities will include researching, designing, and prototyping new user experiences, identifying user workflows and requirements, creating wireframes and prototypes, and effectively communicating your design ideas. You will also be responsible for incorporating analytics to measure user journey impact, guiding UI designers in implementing visual language, and ensuring a seamless user experience throughout the product. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Production, Product Marketing, and Senior Management will be essential in aligning design objectives with business goals. Furthermore, your ability to keep abreast of industry standards, articulate user workflows and product requirements, and work within an agile/scrum development process will be critical to your success in this role. To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong portfolio showcasing your design work, proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Illustrator, and GitHub, and a functional understanding of front-end development technology. Additionally, your readiness to reside in or relocate to Mumbai city will be necessary to fully engage with the team and projects at Arham Labs.
